Travelocity

Picked the worst hotel I could have for our vacation. I will never use a third party again to plan my hotel stay. Left early and still waiting for my refund to show up. Too many people telling me different stories every time I inquire about it. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get something done about it. Should be refunded this week. If not I will be contacting them again! Hate being a bitch about it but they owe me that money!
